For Conscious Leaders
Conscious leaders who are well optimised and capable of getting the most from themselves as well as those around them in any given environment are skilled at implementing the 4 ‘Cs’ into all that they do:
Communication – authentic ability to explain with clarity their cause/mission/project and align relevant people to it as required.
Congruence – the consistency to do exactly what they say they will, for the sake that they said that they would… no matter how hard or inconvenient.
Commitment – maturity to pick a course of action, process or set of values and lead through them by example.
And what does it take?
Communication and persuasion skills – ensuring that their vision and message is always coming from a powerful place that is inspiring and galvanising to others.
Leadership development – being able to manage and get the most from people around them as well as, and just as importantly… themselves.
Self-discipline – consistent benchmarking of one’s own progress and how that aligns to personal and professional goals.
Masterminding – actively seeking others who are beyond where they are in any given area that is of importance, and then committing to learning/networking/coaching with them.
