Your Personal Compass

How to create laser beam focus

If you have no compass,

if you don’t know where you stand and where you want to go,

you can deduce that you have no leadership

or interest in shaping events.

These are exciting times. Old structures crumble, new structures are not yet in place. People are confused.

I get it.

And before your know the issues of the day distract you. A day goes by, a week, a quarter… and looking back you worked hard and you solved a lot of problems.

But something feels off. And that leaves you worried, frustrated, bored, exhausted.

You want to live and lead with more purpose, leave a legacy, fulfill a mission. But since you are running in the hamster wheel there seems no time to slow down and to breathe, to connect deeply to your heart and soul and to make that meaningful impact.

I have written this page to help you to create your compass and create laserfocus.

The Power of your Compass

Knowing and living your compass requires full responsibility, for your thoughts, your behaviour, your decisions, in every area of your life. Living with and leading from a compass is not for the faint-hearted. But when you are willing,  and when you are taking the time to discover your compass, it will enable you to lead with clarity, to stay calm in the midst of storm, to stop any form of procrastination, to have more fun and energy, and to feel truly fulfilled. It makes you inspiring and easy to follow or to co-operate with. Creating your compass is actually one of the most effective strategies for achieving your purpose in your life and leadership. It is the best way to live and lead from the inside out.

The process described in the following pages will give you a deeper understanding of your deepest mission, your core values and your highest vision. Set apart some time for this exercise, it will be worth it. Any questions during the process? Don’t hesitate to contact me!
